Schweizer Aircraft Corporation is a worldwide renown aviation company which has earned its reputation for long lasting experience in construction of diverse aerial vehicles, specialising however in manufacturing of light helicopters for civilian uses. The company is now the subsidiary of Sikorsky Global Helicopters, incorporated in Sikorski Aircraft – a potent industrial group performing as one of the leading world manufacturers of helicopters. The cooperation of both companies has been continuing since 2004.

Schweizer Aircraft Corp. offers four models of light helicopters: S-434, 333, 300C and Schweizer 300CBi designed for pilot training. The helicopters differ in their applications, size and seating capacity.

Schweitzer helicopters have been renown and appreciated throughout the market. Such image of excellence has been proved by long and successful history of aircraft manufacturing, including not only helicopters. The company was founded in 1939 in the United States by Bill, Paul A. and Ernest Schweizer who had built their first glider back in 1930.

Before incorporation with Sikorski, Schweizer supplied as many as 2 160 sailplanes, 2 650 agricultural airplanes and more than 900 helicopters.
